Copper torches, copper lanterns, candles, soul torches have not point light in the Windows platform. this isn’t happened in the Android platform.
Steps to reproduce the issue
turn on “Vibrant Visuals“;
Create a world that “Render Dragon Features for Creators” is enable;
place these blocks.
Expected result
Copper torches, copper lanterns, candles, soul torches have point light.
Actual result
Copper torches, copper lanterns, candles, soul torches have not point light.
