Loading into a world and then unfocused the game window will causes every keybind to stop working

If you loading into a world, and then unfocused the game window while the world is still loading, when the world has been fully loaded and the game windows has been focused again, every keybind (ESC, Forward, Sneak, Attack, etc.) will no longer works until any screen is opened (like Game menu or Death screen), which can be achieved by opening ALT + TAB twice.

Step to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Preview

2. Join any worlds, then unfocused the window by clicking your windows taskbar

3. Wait until the world has been fully loaded, then try moves your cursor vertically, notice that you can no longer reach the very bottom of your screen

4. Click anywhere on the game window to regain focus

5. Try pressing ESC, Forward (W), Sneak (Shift), or Attack (Mouse Left Button)

Expected results:
All keybind works as expected.

Observed results:
None of the keybind works until any game screen are opened.

Note: this issue doesn't occurs if the game window is focused again by clicking the game icon instead of game window.
