Because the lastest Minecraft Bedrock Preview runs on the GDK, behavior of Chinese input method were changed in game.
In 1.21.101(uwp), even if mode of input method is Chinese, letter keys(like a, b, c…) still work.
But in 1.21.120.21(gdk), chinese input method in chinese mode will make a text bar in upper left corner; then you can’t move, open the Inventory etc.
in 1.21.120.25, the text bar is disappear, but chinese IME is also disappear, it still doesn't work properly.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Open Windows settings;
Choose “Time & Language” → “Language & region” → “Preferred language” → “Add a language“;
Find “中文(中华人民共和国)“ and click “Next“;
Tick “Language pack” and click “Install“ to get chinese input method;
Switch to chinese input method(It’s look like “中” and “拼“);
Open the lastest Minecraft Bedrock Preview(1.21.120.21);
Open a world;
Ensure that chinese input method still be chinese mode;
Try to move.
Expected result
Player can move normally.
Actual result

Yes, this bug is very serious and must be fixed in time. Now the input method behaves like the Java Edition, but the Java Edition has mods to solve this problem, but the Bedrock Edition does not, which will seriously affect the experience of players in China.
