So on September the 7th I tried joining the Eyserver but it wouldn't let me I can't join the discord I was banned on discord

So it was just a normal day like any other I got on my account and when I clicked join the server it gave me the error message version not supported unable to connect when I went to check for updates there were none available I watched a bunch of videos looked it up on Google even contacted support several times but all they did was send an automated message I was told to send a screenshot so yeah but I don't know what to do and I really want to play the server cuz my friends are mad at me probably because they have no way of contacting me I have one friend who I have added who plays the server so I have to use him as a messenger but I don't even know if he's actually telling them or making it all up but the problem is I tried to fix it and it wouldn't work I even uninstalled and reinstalled screenshot of the error message below I don't know what to do please fix this for more info look at me other two reports my username is Sheep3187 and most importantly I want a real human to help not an automated message that doesn't do nothing please fix this I'm starting to feel depressed because my friends have no way of talking to me I need you to investigate this bug or even try to updating my account something do something I need to play the server I mean I think that it could fix if you release the new version on bedrock edition but this is all I can do I can't contact you through discord I was permanently banned on discord well not permanently banned but for a year
