I can’t I am banned on discord pls help me I need you to research this and not say that you can't help just because I did not report it on discord I know this is to y'all a technical support thing but it is a bug to me because it's not meant to be happening because everything is up to date

This is not a technical issue it is a bug because it ain't true and it never happened before it is an error in the game meaning it is a bug y'all are my only way of helping and if y'all don't help then my friends will hate me forever and it will be the fault of Minecraft not helping me or giving me any information how to fix

My problems are every time I try joining my favorite server it gives me the same error message that is false I made a new report for the bug with a screenshot of the error message

Please help someone some human help I can't contact through discord since I was banned on that so I can only use bug report and my Gmail I don't know what's going on but I really want to play the server: (

I can't join discord I was banned on it for 1 year

So basically I was trying to join the Eyserver but it gave me the error message version not supported unable to connect but I have no available updates and I tried everything and I don't know what I meant to do I just wanna play I'll make another appeal with a screen shot

I hope you don't send me a dumb automated message that does nothing to help

I told you to not give me a dumb automated response actually do something be a good game and help your players the issue is not resolved it is still occurring and my friends don't know what's happening because I can't talk to them without the game and I can't join the server you really pushing it to the end with these stupid automated messages I want a real human to solve my issue
