[MCPE-228101] Some options are missing from the new accessibility settings

In the new Ore UI accessibility settings in Preview, two options related to chat are missing:

These options were still visible in 1.21.120.22 Preview when it used the old UI, but they simply don’t appear in the new UI.

I don't have this problem. I’m on PC

I also don’t have this problem on my iphone

I do have this problem on PC. For example, the Chat Background Opacity slider is missing from Ore UI.
