Mooshroom's mushrooms are not affected by the "Enable Dithering" setting

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find or summon a mooshroom

2. Toggle off the “Enable Dithering for Mobs” setting

3. Get close to the mooshroom

Observed Results:
The mushroom textures fade with proximity.

Expected Results:
The mushroom textures remain completely visible.
