When the Dithering setting is turned off, mobs armour and equipment still appears to be dithered

When a player moves the camera close to a mob with armour on or holding equipment while the dithering setting is turned off, the armour or equipment appears to be dithered.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a mob with armour/equipment

2. Make sure to turn the dithering effect for mobs off.

3. Move the camera close to the mob and observe

Observed Result:

The dithering effect applies to the mobs armour/equipment even when the dithering effect setting is turned off.

Expected Result:

The dithering effect shouldn’t be applied to the mobs armour/equipment when the dithering setting is turn off.
