Minecarts are dithered even when mob dithering is off

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn OFF Enable Dithering for Mobs (and Blocks to be sure) in Settings.

2. Place a minecart

3. Approach minecart closely

4. See minecart dither to become more transparent

Expected Result:

When the setting is OFF minecarts should not be dithered, ever.

Actual Result:

Minecart is dithered.
