when I open Minecraft and try to play hive or any other server I can’t see other people’s capes or mine.

I have this issue too, please note that Hive disables the visibility of other people’s capes by default; however, your cape should remain visible. This issue also occurs to me in local worlds.
Seems to be a duplicate of MCPE-221711
so this is still happening - you can see my aura cape in the screenshot of my paperdoll (just) but its not rendering in game with our without armor (win 11 26.51 or … 52… cant remember what the latest update is.)
