[MCPE-229054] Interfaces don't close until you press escape three times in editor mode

The bug

After opening an interface (chat, inventory, command block) in editor mode’s crosshair mode, pressing escape won’t close it until you do it three times.

How to reproduce

Launch editor mode
Enter crosshair mode with ctrl-tab
Open chat
Press ESCAPE

Expected results

Chat should close

Observed results

It doesn’t

Hm, I only seem to have this issue in crosshair mode in editor mode.
