Lag spikes and low frame in 1.21.113

The new update 1.21.113 are getting laggy and freeze my game every minute or while breaking blocks, opening chest inventory, attacking hitting,

I don't much experience this lag in 1.21.110 but on 1.21.113 getting more more lag me and my classmate experience this while my friend have 8gb ram device Realmec61 and me have Tecno spark go 2 4gm ram device and better cpu, GPU. Sorry for bad English I'm from Philippines I hope this lag is fixed soon thanks….
