Items Dissappear When Hit

When punching any dropped item, it will dissappear completely.

Steps to replicate:

1. Drop any item

2. Punch the item about 5 times, and you should also be able to hear the sound of the player hitting an entity before it disappears

Expected result:

Nothing should happen, and the item should stay.

Actual result:

The dropped item disappears.
