Spear charge attack hit animation and sound have a cooldown

In Bedrock Edition, spear charge attack hit animation and sound has a 0.5 seconds cooldown before it can be played again, this wasn't the case on Java Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Join or create a brand new flat world, then run this command, this will create a tunnel: /fill 0 -63 0 ~40 -61 0 air

  2. Fill it with a lot of Zombies

  3. Turn off Hostile mobs sounds: Settings > Audio > set "Hostile mobs" slider to 0%

  4. Turn off View Bobbing: Settings > Video > set "View Bobbing" toggle to off

  5. Give yourself a Wooden Spear

  6. Hold use button and then walk through the Zombies

  7. Observe

Expected results:
Hit animation and sound immediately play every time you successfully hit a mobs, matching Java Edition.

Observed results:
Hit animation and sound has a 0.5 seconds cooldown before it can be played again.

Fix:
I've attached a potential fix for this issue in the report.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
