GDK – Input delay fix has not been applied to D3D11 builds

Summary:
In 1.21.130.20 Preview, the keyboard and mouse input delay fix was only applied to D3D12 GDK builds. D3D11 builds are still affected, resulting in severe input delay for players whose devices run the game using D3D11.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Preview on a device that runs the game using D3D11
(a device with an Intel 10th Gen or earlier iGPU, or a GPU lacking DirectX 12 feature level 12_0 support).

  2. Open a world.

  3. Move the mouse and press the WASD keys.

  4. Observe the delay in responsiveness.

  5. Repeat the same steps on a device running the game on D3D12
(a device with an Intel 11th Gen or newer iGPU, or any modern AMD/NVIDIA GPU).

  6. Compare input responsiveness between the two builds.

Observed Results:
Input response is significantly more delayed on D3D11 builds compared to D3D12 builds.

Expected Results:
Input response on D3D11 builds should match the responsiveness of D3D12 builds.

Notes:
The attached video demonstrates an example that can be visually captured. A video showing camera and movement delay directly would not be effective, as it would not show my physical mouse movement or key presses.
In the provided footage, note how the oak planks significantly lag behind the mouse cursor in D3D11, while the D3D12 footage follows the cursor much more closely.
