So mobs ane sugar cane both go transparent am not sure if this is a minecraft issue are a issue on my end are if this is a ne feature that isn't working correctly but please let me know

This works as intended in the the 1.21.120 Update:
Mobs will now become slightly transparent when the camera gets too close or passes through them
Glass blocks and panes will now become slightly transparent if the camera is very close to them
And sugar canes were changes in the 1.21.100 Update:
Sugar Cane clusters will now become slightly transparent when the camera passes through them
If you want to disable this, there are toggles in the Accessibility tab in the settings.
