Transparency does not affect the pumpkin, which is located on the head of the snow golem. I would also like to be able to completely disable the transparency of mobs in the game settings, because, in my opinion, it looks very strange and ugly.

Can confirm on windows. You can turn off the dithering in the accessibility tab in settings.
