Drowned - logging into Microsoft account not possible on Bedrock edition

Hi,
Since 2 days, when opening Bedrock edition Emiel cannot sign in with his microsoft account.
We first received the error message CHAIN, executed the recommended steps to resolve that error message and have since been unable to sign in to bedrock.

steps already tried:
- uninstall Minecraft
- uninstall Minecraft Launcher
- change microsoft account log in data
- log out of xbox app
