Improved Input Response cannot be toggled in Vibrant Visuals and Ray Traced graphics modes or when V-Sync is disabled

Steps to Reproduce:

Method 1 – Vibrant Visuals / Ray Tracing

1. Go to Settings > Video.

2. Expand the Graphics Mode dropdown and select Vibrant Visuals or Ray Traced.

   • Note: Ray Tracing requires a compatible resource pack and GPU.

3. Scroll down to the Improved Input Response option.

Method 2 – V-Sync

1. Close Minecraft.

2. Navigate to:
   AppData\Roaming\Minecraft Bedrock\Users\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe

3. Open the options.txt file.

4. Locate gfx_vsync and change its value from 1 to 0.

5. Save the file and exit.

6. Launch Minecraft.

7. Go to Settings > Video

8. Expand the Graphics Mode dropdown and select Simple or Fancy.

9. Scroll down to the Improved Input Response option.

Observed Results:
The Improved Input Response option is grayed out and cannot be enabled or disabled.

Expected Results:
The Improved Input Response option should remain selectable, or the game should display a message explaining why it cannot be modified under the current settings.
