Realms World Error

I don't see this being much help because I heard this was an issue for years and it still hasn't been fixed but my realm refuses to port over my forever world which is 593.1 MBs as it always says ‘'An error occurred’'. I try restarting the game, I try a different realm slot to port the world in but some of them don't even work, I try restarting my PS5, and I also try pressing ‘'subscribe’' again to restart the system like the site tells me. Absolutely nothing happens. I’m just trying to transfer my forever world to other platforms, I just don't get how this is a premium service I’m paying for and the main thing doesn't even work, this is a big issue that’s been around for years so what exactly is the point in paying it??? Please help and fix.
