Since a few days my son gets the drowned error. I’ve tried resetting his password, even a different laptop but nothing seems to work. He uses a child account but even when I turn that off he still gets the error. My account is working just fine. So it’s not a connection error (my account works) not a local error (different laptop, same error) not a password error (I’ve changed the password) and his Xbox-account is fully functional online and in other games.
