When right clicking, the game acts as if I clocked off screen with the mouse, even on sull screen mode

The bug began after the new UI was introduced. When I right click, often when I look right and right clock, the game goes to settings as if Esc was pressed or sometime it acts as if I clicked on the edge of a window, the window being Minecraft. This happens even on full screen mode. Also, I have to go to windowed mode and back to full screen mode when I turn on minecraft or else the graphics will be squashed and the boxes in chests and inventory will not quite match where the mouse is pointing.

Note in the pic I sent, there is a black line under the game that goes away when I go into windowed mode then full screen.
