This is NOT talking about the previous bug allowing the cursor to click on the taskbar, top bar, and other windows. That bug has been fixed as of 1.21.122, though it also affected floating windows.
Persistent windows (floating windows) that always show over the top of other windows are still able to be clicked on and interacted with whilst playing, this includes things like picture in picture videos.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch an app that runs as a floating window. An easy one to use is google chromes picture in picture.
Make it larger or put it in a corner (this is simply so its easier to test the bug. a smaller window that isnt in the corner is still able to be clicked on)
Launch minecraft.
Play the game, and move your head around. You will notice that the cursor is visible over the floating window.
Click on it. This will tab you out of the game, and cause it to pause.
I would like to reiterate. This is NOT the previous bug that allowed you to click onto other windows. This is only present on floating windows, such as picture in picture.

Is there any way for the mods of this website to communicate with the owners of it, so the web servers can be improved? I wouldve found that bug by searching, but nothing would load, and for months nothing has loaded, so I reported without searching. It would likely greatly reduce duplicate reports.
This is the same issue as MCPE-230832. You're just describing Method 3.
