Often times when I leash my horse to a post while having only 1 (one) lead in my inventory, the leashing is successful and I still have one lead in my inventory. However, another item in my inventory has vanished, to become the lead it seems.
This is highly annoying, as you cannot normally carry valuable items with you if you're planning on using a lead. I have to take a chest with me everywhere I go on horseback, then place my items in the chest before leashing my horse, just to avoid losing valuable items.
Edit: I could not duplicate this bug replacing an inventory item, in the 10 minutes I was messing around with it. However, the lead itself was duplicating each time. Also, when I switched from Pocket UI to Classic UI, the bug stopped happening. I've uploaded a video of the bug in action.

Not just leads, on IOS version wheat is replacing other items, lost 3 hoppers, one lead and 20 steaks were turned into cobblestone.
