strange stains in the Fog of the End using Vibrant Visuals

When I turn "quickly," my vision on the screen is left with several strange spots, more prominent at lower heights.

This happens when I use Vibrant Visuals, and even though I'm using the new Actions and Stuff update, this error has been present since it was released in the Bedrock version, if I remember correctly.
