Recording Minecraft in fullscreen using Game Bar causes white bars to appear on the top and left side of the screen

Recording Minecraft using Game Bar causes white bars to appear on the top and left side of the screen even though they weren't present during gameplay.

How to replicate:
1. Open Minecraft and turn on fullscreen in the video settings
2. Start recording with Game Bar
3. Stop recording and watch it, you should see white edges at the top and left.
