Recording the game using Game Bar has white lines on top and left in the resulting videos.

If you use Game Bar to record the game, the video will show white lines along the top and left, as if the game window has been moved a few pixels toward the bottom-right. Other games, such as Minecraft Dungeons II, do not have this issue.

I have attached three videos recording Minecraft, Minecraft Preview, and Minecraft Dungeons II using Game Bar to showcase this issue.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Open Minecraft or Minecraft Preview.

2. Press Windows + G to open Game Bar.

3. Use its Capture feature to record the game.

4. Watch the resulting videos.

Expected Result:

They wouldn’t be white lines, and the game window would be in the center of the screen.

Actual Result:

They do.
