Update 2: Okay! I discovered exactly when this bug occurs — a player only appears in the invite menu if you haven't sent them a friend request but have followed them. This is how I managed to invite my friend to my Realm. I canceled the friend request and unfollowed her, then simply followed her again, which made her profile appear in the invite menu.
Update: It turns out that I can’t invite just this specific person. I tried adding some random people, and after sending them friend requests, I was able to invite them to my Realm instantly (they showed up on the member page).
This is really weird. Maybe it's because my friend plays on a Nintendo Switch?

Hello, sorry for the late reply, but I was a bit concerned about making a video for privacy reasons. However, I found a way to do it without showing my friends' usernames. The problem is that I can’t invite her to my Realm anymore, although it was possible before version 26.0.
I hope everything is clear now. I would appreciate your help in reconnecting with my old friend. 🙂
Sorry, it turns out I can't add a video
While adding the name dependent Copper Golem variant to my resource pack, I discovered that this bug is closely related to animations.
The item's position changes during geometry changes but freezes when the new geometry is active. I've attached a video demonstrating this.
It makes it harder to reconnect with friends because friend invites are not shown in the game menus. Another reason is that sometimes your old friend might not remember your username but when they see your world they instantly are like “Hey I remember this place, is that really you?!”. World invites simply add more context, whereas friend requests are currently really random and invisible. To solve these problems you could make it work like before or make friend requests show up in game and include more context, like the ability to attach a note or something like that.
Sorry for creating a duplicate, I couldn't find the original bug report on the new site so I assumed it wasn't moved, I wanted to help by creating it, sorry for the confusion
You have redstone blocks there
GoldenHelmet Follow the instructions to replicate the bug
Colored text was very important to me, I used it to mark important worlds
Sorry for not responding. But yes it is still a problem, I created a better and more accurate report here: MCPE-189675
You need to fix this, stop coming up with radical arguments like thinking that a pumpkin texture that always faces one direction is a great solution to this problem, of course it isn't. Think about younger people who haven't had geography in school yet, of course they may already know the cardinal directions but a game with an age rating of 7+ shouldn't require this knowledge. Think about us die-hard gamers who have been playing Minecraft for many years, we love Bedrock exclusive features like this and our blood boils when you gradually take our version away from us. Remember what made Minecraft so successful in the first place, it was its simplicity, the fact that the game never required great knowledge and quickly became a perfect relaxing adventure without having to figure out directions in the rain when the sun disappears.

Working as intendent
It's the fault of the fences under the portal
I've also included a video of a villager stuck on the stairs
Also, the players I followed a long time ago don’t show up in the invite menu, but when I unfollow and follow them again, it fixes the issue.
