Hitbox Pink Petals does not change depending on the number of flowers in the block

Summary:
Hitbox Pink Petals does not change depending on the number of flowers in the block. This is a parity issue, as in the 23w31a snapshot, Pink Petals now resizes the hitbox based on the number of flowers (3 and 4 flowers = full hitbox).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place 1 Pink Petals flower and add them watch the hitbox.

Observed results:
The hitbox does not change.

Expected results:
The hitbox will change depending on the number of flowers.
