Every time I launch Minecraft the “text to speech” is turned on. I have to turn it off every single time I come back to the game. All my other settings are always the same and doesn’t need to be changed.

I’m also experiencing this on the Switch 2! Gonna add some details in hopes that this gets fixed:
Steps to reproduce issue:
Launch Minecraft
Expected result: Upon disabling text to speech, the option stays disabled the whole time until reenabled; even when relaunching the game.
Actual result: Despite disabling text to speech in the settings, the option reenables itself when relaunching the game.
Solutions tried:
Relaunching the game
Uninstalling/reinstalling the game
I’m also experiencing this exact issue on the Nintendo Switch version. I’ve found that setting the Text to Speech volume all the way to 0 helps but the setting is still technically set to “On”
