TAB Hotbar Bind Prevents Moving Items to the Hotbar

When TAB is bound as a hotbar key, pressing TAB in the inventory to move an item to that hotbar slot doesn’t work; instead, a different item gets selected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Bind a hotbar slot (for example, the 5th slot) to TAB.

2. Enter a world, open your inventory, hover over an item, and press TAB.

3. The item does not move to the intended hotbar slot; a different item is selected instead.

Expected Behavior:
As in Java Edition, pressing TAB should move the hovered item into the corresponding hotbar slot.
