Using TAB as a hotkey selects the incorrect item

Description - Using the Tab as a hotkey will select the item to the right of it and swap it with the item currently in that hotbar slot.

Steps to reproduce the issue - Open your settings for keyboard and mouse. Go to any of your hotbar hotkeys and set one of them to Tab (I use hotbar slot 7). From there, load into a world where you have multiple different items in your inventory. Hover your mouse cursor over one of the items in your inventory and use the hotkey to swap it to your hotbar slot.

Expected result - The item will swap to your hotbar hotkey slot.

Actual result - The hotkey will pick the item to the right of it and move down that inventory row until there are no more items to swap with. The hotkey will work correctly with the last item in the inventory row, likely because it can’t pick up anything else.
