I don't know how to describe it in general so I made a video with link (because the site wouldn't upload my file) I have it unlisted on YouTube.
In summary, most rideable entites I tested have this issue, and I have results with them provided.
Horse- Stuttering when turning, generally laggy, has a delay when slowing to a stop (like sliding)
Donkey- Similar to horse but with less lag
Mule- Stutters when turning
Camal- Works as intended
Happy Ghast- Works as intended
Minecart- Works as intended
Boat/Chest Boat- Stuttering when against a solid or partial block, especially when turning.
I hope this gets fixed soon because these mobs are way harder to use now.
