Closed Captions text is not center-alignment

On Java Edition, the text inside Closed Captions is center-alignment, while on Bedrock Edition, the text inside Closed Captions is left-alignment, this should be changed to match Java Edition, since the center-alignment one look so much better than left-alignment.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Closed Captions: Settings > Accessibility > Closed Captions

2. Walk around

Expected results:
The text inside Closed Captions is center-alignment, just like in Java Edition.

Observed results:
The text inside Closed Captions is left-alignment.
