Hi,
when starting Minecraft PE (current Version) for Windows 10 Mobile (current Version) on my Lumia 550 it appears only the "Mojang" logo then the app crashes. This Problem persists since several weeks!
I tried with:
moving the app from SD-Card to phone memory - still not working
deinstalling and reinstalling app - still not working
It seams that all purchased additions (via Microsoft Store) to Minecraft are lost, is that right or are they saved in XBox-account?
Can you please help me how to get this app working again?

Have you tried uninstalling, deleting the game files, then reinstalling that game from the store?
Backup any data you don't want to lose, then try the following:
Uninstall MCPE
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang) - This might be different depending on your OS, but try and find the com.mojang folder
Reinstall MCPE
Run MCPE and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder

Please report back whether that helps with the crashing issue.
Regarding the marketplace issues, these are linked to the XBLive account with which you made any purchases, so make sure you're logged in to the correct XBL account.

I am sorry, but your advice is not helpful, as Windows 10 Mobile is a closed System; it is not possible to get access to system files and Folders 😉
It is so annoying: I even made a "hard reset" (= complete new Installation of OS) and formatted SD-Card, in order to have a clean system. After Installation of MCPE - *the same problem!!!
*As this phone belongs to my son and he spent a lot of his pocket money for MCPE and its additions:
What can you do to solve this Problem?
By the way, my other son has the same Lumia 550 with MCPE and he told me yesterday, that MCPE is not running there too (since several weeks)!
*+This means that MCPE is not running on Lumia 550 - big bug😞
