Global resource packs are not loaded after being applied

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable any resource pack in “Global Resources”

2. Enter any world

Observed Results:
The pack is not applied until the game is closed and reopened.

Expected Results:
The game’s resources are reloaded and the pack is applied.

Notes: Other actions that should reapply resource packs do not work either:

• Running the /reload all command

• Entering a world with local resource changes and then exiting it
