My Achievement progress is not being progressed on Bedrock version in the marketplace on my Windows 10 laptop.

My Achievement is not being synched up on Bedrock version in the marketplace on my Windows 10 laptop. only my account's Nintendo Switch version and mobile version Acheivements are being synched up. As a result I cannot take advantage of Acheivement rewarded cosmetics in the dressing room; the only cosmetics I can get when playing on my windows laptop are limited events such as the zombie horse onsie and cosmetics that I bought. To use any Acheivement rewards I have to earn them on my mobile device or nintendo switch and then log back into minecraft on windows and already have the cosmetics applied to my avatar via the other platforms. I do not know if this is a new issue or if it has been happening for a longer period of time; but I only just recently noticed the issue.
