Severe input delay when riding mobs and boats after Mountain of Mayhem update

After the Mountain of Mayhem update, there is a noticeable input delay when controlling all rideable entities in the game.

This affects all mountable mobs (horses, donkeys, mules, pigs, striders, camels, etc.) including boats.

Before the Mountain of Mayhem update, riding controls were fully responsive and worked normally.

Now, movement inputs such as turning, stopping, and changing direction respond late, making riding feel heavy and unresponsive.

Additionally, riding mountable mobs directly causes server slowdown in multiplayer.

When playing with a friend, as soon as a player rides a mountable mob, the friend’s hosted world/server begins to experience noticeable lag and delayed responses.

The issue occurs consistently even with no add-ons enabled and significantly affects gameplay, exploration, and transportation.
