Camera movement using a mouse is inconsistent and unstable.
The view frequently jitters, stutters, and occasionally jumps (teleports) to a different direction.
The issue occurs during both slow and fast mouse movements.
There is no consistent pattern: sometimes the camera moves normally, and other times it suddenly shakes or jumps.
This occurs even when FPS is stable and VSync is enabled.
In the attached video, a sudden camera jump (teleport) can be seen at around 0:09, where the view abruptly changes direction while using the mouse.
This problem did not occur in previous versions.
In Minecraft Bedrock version 1.21.114, mouse camera movement was smooth and consistent.
The issue started appearing after updating to version 1.21.131.
I have already tried the following without any effect:
Different mouse DPI and polling rates
Enabling and disabling VSync
Changing mouse sensitivity values
Disabling mouse acceleration in Windows
Using different fullscreen / windowed modes
Adjusting AMD driver settings
Java Edition does not show this behavior on the same system.
