Normally Husk was taller than the zombie, by 2 pixels, but with the new version and current, with the introduced spears, Husk’s height is now the same as the zombie’s pixel height. Same thing applies with Baby version for Husk
There is a comparision between before and now with the scale component being removed which is good for the box collision, Idea to give maybe the scale through the entity resource for husk to match with Java’s pixel height.
The husk being taller than the zombie was a bug that was fixed in 1.19.60. See (MCPE-105369) and (MCPE-163372).
