Bullseye achievement does not unlock when hitting a Target block bullseye with a Crossbow-fired Firework Rocket

Issue:
The Bullseye achievement (“Hit the bullseye of a Target block”) does not unlock when the Target block’s bullseye is hit using a Firework Rocket fired from a Crossbow.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a Target block.
Load the Firework Rocket into a Crossbow and shoot the center (bullseye) of the Target block.

Expected Result:
The Bullseye achievement should unlock when the player hits the Target block’s bullseye using a projectile, including a Crossbow-fired Firework Rocket.

Actual Result:
The Target block is activated (and can output the expected redstone strength), but the Bullseye achievement does not unlock.

Reproducibility:
Always (in my tests).

Notes / Control Test:
Using the same setup, shooting the bullseye with a normal Arrow (bow/crossbow) unlocks the achievement, so the achievement itself works—this seems specific to Firework Rockets etc.
