Netherite Horse Armor and Copper Horse Armor does not render on horses on education worlds

I've reported this bug before for regular worlds it has been fixed for that now, however Netherite Horse Armor is too pale for Education Edition Horses, and Copper horse armor does not render at all on horses in education Edition worlds.
