Parity issue: Spear attacks don't knock back primed TNT unlike Java Edition

In Minecraft Java Edition, hitting primed TNT with a spear jab attack or charge attack will knock it back horizontally. In Bedrock Edition, spear attacks do not knock back TNT.

Expected behaviour:

Hitting primed TNT with a spear’s jab or charge attack knocks it back horizontally. This is affected by the Knockback enchantment. [Java Edition behaviour]

Actual behaviour:

Spears do not inflict any sort of knockback to primed TNT, enchanted or not.

Proposed fix:

Change the behaviour to match Java Edition.
