Steps to Reproduce:
Place any mob in a boat
Get the Speed II effect
Grab a netherite spear
Charge straight forward with the spear and hit the mob (without breaking the boat)
Observed Results:
The mob is damaged but stays in the boat.
Expected Results:
The mob is dismounted.
Notes: This affects all spear tiers, except for wood.
