In survival I have waited days in a jungle for ocelots to spawn. Zero have spawned I even used an entity texture pack so I could see through walls etc. None. Same in pc java version. Cannot find any cats.

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-9865.
Resolving as a duplicate of MCPE-9865, as they do spawn under the right circumstances, although still rare.
You might want to double check you have the difficulty at Easy or higher.

that is a duplicate from january, and it says resolved and its not!? Also I play on normal or hard mode.
Same on Pocket Edition. I go through 2 jungle but haven't found any ocelot. It's seem disappear from the game
