UI and hot bar shrunken to unusable size

On Mobile, the UI for hot bar, health bar, hunger bar, settings and all of the menu screen have been shrunk to a microscopic size. Buttons are too small to tap, and interfere with an iPad’s “home button” or “swipe” button. On a phone, all of this would be even smaller. This makes the game significantly harder to use, as the buttons for the hot bar are now much smaller and have also been moved to different , unfamiliar locations. Changing the “UI Scale Modifier” option in settings does nothing.

Either UI should be returned to the usual, larger size, or the UI Scale Modifier should be fixed an allow for larger scales beyond its current max.
