External skins dont work on the servers no matter what skin I use it never works on the servers also redownloading the game doesn't work

skin does not appear in all players, and server types while servers such as cubecraft the hive also appear if I try constantly. 10-20 times after continuous testing

Having this issue as well. If I load a custom skin, either a texture pack or a local file, then it appears to be fine. Then, if I try to connect to a server, be it The Hive or a friends', my skin resets, and when I come back to the menu, I’m locked out of the skin I was using and gives me the message “A local or platform skin could not be loaded”.

What type of servers are you referring to? Also, is the skin not showing for you or other players? If other players cannot see your skin, they need to disable the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" option in Settings > General and rejoin the server.
