On max size even with extra large it’s just too small others have also had this problem as I searched Reddit and other places to see a fix but didn’t find any

I was also about to report the same bug. The stupid GUI is so annoyingly small even on default. I am also an IOS player and I tried playing and I kept dying because of slow it is to switch inventory

I am pretty sure it’s a bug that was created after the update. The UI is too small to even click things. I have tried enabling the extra large UI to no avail. It’s almost made the game unplayable on iOS at least.
