Villagers not restocking

All villagers have stopped restocking. This includes villagers I have traded with in the past. They have access to beds and work stations (normal villager configuration). On standard Minecraft Bedrock 26.0, this is not an issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a bed and workstation block

2. Spawn a villager

3. Trade with the villager until it locks its trades

4. Wait until the next morning

Observed Results:

The villager does not restock its trades.

Expected Results:

The villager should restock its trades.
