When using minecraft:connection_rule component in permutations (whether it be in 1 or many) crashes the game when there is multiple blocks around.
There is no crash when minecraft:connection_rule is within the “components” and within the permutation.
Here is the attached JSON block file.
I have tested many variations of the block. The file sent has been stripped down to just the bare necessities to replicate the crash.
Steps to recreate:
Step 1: Make a behaviour pack with the attached block file.
Step 2: Place a 3x3 area of the blocks, placing the middle block, last. Game will crash
Step 3: Rejoin the world after crash and place the blocks in a 2x2 area, and place a 5th block anywhere next to the 2x2 area. Game will crash.
Step 4: Edit the block file and remove the ‘//’ on lines 15-17. Repeat steps 2 and 3. No crash will occur.
Step 5: Edit the block file and remove line 31. Repeat steps 2 and 3. No crash will occur.
